Soy Beginnings® Non-GMO Full Fat Soy Flour is processed using a solvent free, mechanical system. This produces a light colored, minimally processed Full Fat Soy Flour. This also yields a very natural product with a high level of native protein. In processing, the Non-GMO Soybeans are cracked and the hulls are aspirated. The soybean cracks are then milled into flour. The finished Full Fat Soy Flour passes through a U.S. #100 Screen. This soy flour is ideal for use in baked products, including cakes, cookies and breads and many other cooked products.
