Soy Beginnings® Organic Full Fat Soy Flour is processed using a solvent free, mechanical system. This produces a light colored, minimally processed Full Fat Soy Flour. This also yields a very natural product with a high level of native protein. In processing, the Organic Soybeans are cracked and the hulls are aspirated. The soybean cracks are then milled into flour. The finished Full Fat Soy Flour passes through a U.S. #100 Screen. This soy flour is ideal for use in baked products, including cakes, cookies and breads and many other cooked products.
