Ingredients:
2 cups Massa Harina
2 tablespoons soy flour
Water (enough to make pliable dough)
Directions:
Mix massa harina and soy flour. Add water working the dough by hands until you get pliable dough. Make tortillas and place them in a hot griddle. Turn them once. Place hot tortillas covered with a cloth to keep them soft and flexible.
Serve with hot refried beans and textured vegetable protein sauce.
