Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup Soy Beginnings Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup refined soybean oil
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 12oz pkg. chocolate chips
Directions: 1. Heat
oven 350°
2. Sift together flours, salt and baking soda. Set aside.
3. Cream the soybean oil and sugars together. Add the egg and vanilla into
the creamed mixture.
4. Add flour mixture gradually.
5. Mix in chocolate chips.
6. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on a greased
cookie sheet.
7. Bake about 12 minutes.
