Ingredients:
5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup soybean oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon saIt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Makes about 1/2 cup.
