Turkey Patties
Ingredients:
¾ cup Soy Beginnings Sprinkles
1 envelope dry vegetable soup mix
¾ cup water
1 egg
1 lb. ground turkey
Directions:
1. Heat over to 350°
2. Mix Soy Beginnings Sprinkles, dry soup, water and egg.
3. Add ground turkey.
4. Shape into 6 patties.
5. Bake on greased pan for 40-45 minutes.
Makes 6
patties (each patty has 6.25g soy protein.
